The British proposal for a special League of Nations commission for settling the Wailing Wall question and the report of the Mandates Commission will be discussed Monday at the opening session of the Council of the League of Nations. It is probable that the Council will authorize the Legal Committee to consider the British proposal, and a decision on the matter will be reached at the coming session.
It was also stated here that the British government plans to modify its original proposal.
