Felix M. Warburg, prominent New York banker, is the owner of a valuable orange-grove near Jaffa for which he is reported to have paid $115,000, it became known here today. When Mr. Warburg was in Palestine last Spring he expressed a desire to become a property-owner there. The tract in question was purchased for Mr. Warburg by his local representative.
