Rabbi William F. Rosenblum, formerly of the Washington Hebrew Congregation, was installed as associate rabbi of Temple Israel of the City of New York on Friday evening, April 4, 1930. Dr. Rosenau of Baltimore and Dr. Maurice H. Harris assisted at the installation services.
