An Arab delegation from Palestine is going to Hedjaz to solicit funds for the Arab sufferers of the riot. The delegation includes Subhi Bey Alkadra, the Grand Mufti’s lieutenant, who at the Inquiry Commission’s hearings, was charged with inciting the Safed riots.
