“It is my wish that none of my children or grandchildren shall ever marry out of the faith, and I enjoin upon them always to be and remain good Jews,” was the specification made in the will of Mrs. Lina Gutherz Straus, who died on May 4th.

The exact value of the estate has not as yet been determined, but the bulk of it is to be devided equally among the three children, Sissie Lehman, wife of Judge Lehman, Nathan Straus Jr., and Hugh Grant Straus. A sum of $100,000 has been set aside for two minor grandchildren, Ann Elizabeth and Virginia Babette Straus.
