German Court Rules Today on Thuringian Anti-semitic Prayers

The German state tribunal, the highest court in the country, will issue its decision tomorrow in the suit of the Reich Government against Dr. Wilhelm Frick, Thuringian minister of the interior, for the anti-Semitic prayers that he introduced some months ago in the schools of Thuringia, Joseph Wirth, Reich minister of the interior, informed the Central Association of German Citizens of the Jewish faith, today.

Dr. Frick, leader of the Thuringian National Socialists, has been sharply criticized in the Reichstag for these prayers. His failure to heed the Federal government’s demand that he rescind them led to the suit.
