For First Time Jew Heads Polish Export Institute

A Jew was, for the first time in the history of Poland, chosen president of the Government Export Institute, when the Institute at its general meeting elected Pan Minkowski as its presiding officer. Minkowski was Assistant Secretary of War for one week in the cabinet of Premier Grabski.
