Samuel I. Lipp, attorney, president of the Ohio Bus Company, was instantly killed Thursday when he fell from a moving train on the New York Central line near Little Falls, New York.
Mr. Lipp who was a past president of the Rockdale Temple Men’s Club and active in B’nai B’rith was 57 years old.
