Judge H. Marghinescu of the district court of Szighet, Roumania, has been writing anti-Semitic pamphlets while engaged in his judicial duties, M. Popescu, judicial inspector found, according to a report from Maromaresh to the Hungarian paper, Pester Lloyd. The inspector has begun disciplinary action against the judge.
