Calling on the Orthodox Jews of the world for renewed efforts on behalf of the Jewish National Home, the Mizrachi, Orthodox Zionist party, today issued a declaration rejecting the British statement of policy. The Mizrachi declared that “Jew, true to their past, reject evil edicts calculated to paralyze the efforts of the Jewish people to reestablish the land of their ancestors.”

The Mizrachi announce to the world that “Zionists linked with the tradition of their ancestors are full aware that the fate of Zionism is not determined by a transitory government. The Jewish community must firmly unite and eliminate all internal differences, strengthen the Jewish efforts in all parts of the country, solidify industry and Jewish production, redouble energies for reconstruction and summon world Jewry to come and build.”
