A demand for the establishment of a numerus clausus in the Czecho-Slovakian universities was voiced today by Dr. Ant Hajn, National Democrat, during the parliamentary debate on the budget. This measure would not affect the Russian immigrants and foreigners of Slavic origin but would apply to those “of a certain race” who sympathize with the Communists, Deputy Hajn said.
