The Soviet Union is the only country in the world where the national minorities problem has been completely solved and where Jewish economic prospects are hopeful, said Sh. Diamenstein, presiding director of the Jewish department of the national minorities council of the central executive committee of the Communist party, at the opening of the annual All-Union Conference of the Ozet, society for settling the Jews on the land.

More than 150 delegates, including representatives from the United States, Latvia, Australia and Denmark are in attendance. Dwelling on Zionism, Diamenstein declared it “is completely smashed by the White Paper, notwithstanding the fact that it serves as a tool in the hands of English imperialism.”
