A Palestine Arab delegation is proceeding to London this week, according to a report current here, of which no confirmation is obtainable, however. It is not explained for what purpose the delegation will go to London, whether to participate in the second part of the negotiations between the British Government and the Jewish Agency, or to protest against Mr. MacDonald’s letter containing the authoritative interpretation of the White Paper.
