Mr. J. Limburg, a member of the Council of State, and Professor E. Morescu, ex-Vice-President of the Council of State of the Dutch East Indies, have been appointed members of the Dutch delegation to the Twelfth Assembly of the League of Nations which is going to open in Geneva on Monday, September 7th.
