Deputy Stypulkowski, the National Democratic spokesman in yesterday’s sitting of Parliament, who defended the action of the National Democratic students, has sent his seconds to ex-Minister Miedzinski, the Government Party spokesman who replied to his speech, to challenge him to a duel for having insulted him and his Party by describing them as wild and irresponsible degenerates, who stand for things done only by the scum of the people and in no way reflect the feeling of the Polish nation.
