Ex-Deputy Farbstein, member of the Jewish Agency Executive, was introduced to-day to the High Commissioner, General Sir Arthur Wauchope, by Dr. Arlossoroff, the head of the Palestine Jewish Agency Executive. Mr. Farbstein explained to the Hig#h Commissioner his middle-class settlement project, and the High Commissioner expressed his warm sympathy and understanding f## the scheme.
