The Jewish Agency has appointed a commission of experts, consisting of Dr. Ruppin, Mr. Granowsky, Mr. Vilkansky, Mr. Smielansky, and Mr. Victor Cohn, Manager of the Palestine Jewish Colonisation Association (Pica), to draft observations to the French Report on Palestine Development.
The Palestine Arab Executive will meet next week to consider the French Report, and decide its attitude towards it.
Mr. French has gone on leave for two months. Mr. Louis Andrews is meanwhile acting in his stead.
