The late Mrs. Ida Roth Cohen, who was a member of a prominent family of Newark, N.J., has willed $1,000 for a newsboys’ fund sponsored by the “Newark Evening News.” It directs the “News” to use the bequest “for such charitable purposes as it shall deem proper.” This newsboys’ fund was originally established by Mrs. Roth’s-brother and is known as the Isaac Roth Memorial Fund.
