States Attorney to Prosecute Dr. Weiss

The states attorney announced yesterday that he would prosecute Dr. Bernhard Weiss, former vice president of the Berlin police department, for resisting ouster from office at the time martial law was declared and Prussian government officials dismissed.

The states attorney charges Dr. Weiss with alleged continued exercise of his duties subsequent to his dismissal.
