The District Court today lifted the ban against the appearance of the “Gazeta Warszawska”, organ of the anti-Semitic National Democratic party, which had been imposed by the government commissariat.

The paper was ordered confiscated by the government authorities after it had published excerpts from the spurious Protocols of the Elders of Zion, and had criticized the Polish Ambassador to the United States, Tytus Filipowicz, for allegedly promising that the Pinsk swamps would be turned over to the Jews for settlement.
