Joshua Chankin, land purchasing agent of the Jewish National Fund, has entered a suit for damages in the amount of ten thousand pounds against an Arab family, Semara, of Tulkarem.
Chankin has brought suit for property purchased from the Semara family several years ago which the Arabs refuse to relinquish.
