Under the headline “Racial Agitation in the United States”, the “News Chronicle,” liberal daily, discusses the case of Libby Holman, indicted in connection with the death of her husband Smith Reynolds, tobacco millionaire.

The paper asserts that an indictment against Miss Holman was returned in North Carolina because the Grand Jury was prejudiced against her because she is a Jewess.
