The Reichsgericht at Leipzig, Germany’s highest court, today upheld the constitutionality of President Paul von Hindenburg’s decree ousting the Prussian government on July 20th and naming Chancellor von Papen Federal Commissioner for Prussia.

The Federal government was upheld at every point by the court which refused to consider sections of the complaint which counsel for the government did not even attempt seriously to refute.
