A memorial meeting for Osip Minor, prominent in the ranks of the Socialist-Revolutionary party of Russia, was held here last night.
Alexander Kerensky presided at the meeting. A eulogy was received from Deputy Leon Blum as well as from Pinchas Rutenberg who was a comrade of Minor’s in the Socialist Revolutionary party.
