A joint meeting of the Laborites, the General Zionists and the Mizrachi group held here last night decided to place supervision of the treasury of the Jewish Agency Executive into the hands of a collegium of three consisting of Dr. Chaim Arlosoroff, Emanuel Neumann and Heschel Farbstein.

This decision marks the end to the crisis which developed when Mr. Neumann and Mr. Farbstein resigned as members of the Executive due to differences on the budget and other matters. Mr. Farbstein, the representative from Poland, is to be chairman of the collegium.

The compromise was agreed upon following an all night session.

One of its stipulations is further that Werner Senator, who resigned as treasurer of the Jewish Agency Executive because not sufficient cuts were made in the budget, and is now the head of the immigration department, consult Mr. Farbstein on all matters regarding middle class immigration.

Mr. Neumann and Mr. Farbstein have agreed to the compromise and are ready to return to office.
