The Austrian Parliamentary Commission has rejected the motion of the Social Democrats for the confiscation of the properties of the House of Rothschild.

This action automatically bars discussion on the matter in Parliament.

The Social Democratic motion also asked that criminal preceedings be brought against Baron Louis Rothschild as the head of the Austrian Rothschilds.
