A public reception in honor of Rachel Katzenelson-Rubashov, secretary of the Women’s Labor Organization of Palestine, who arrived in this country last week, will be held this evening at the Hotel Pennsylvania.
The reception has been arranged by the Pioneer Women’s Organization, in the interests of whose work Madame Katzenelson-Rubashov will tour the country.
