“Mussar,” and “Midroth” of the Talmud ; extracting from the Talmud sciences pertaining to medicine, legal decisions, astronomy, psychology and various other sciences contained in the Talmud.

A specific piece of work is to be assigned to each member of the collegium.

An advisory board of twenty-three, consisting of outstanding scholars in Palestine, Europe and America, is in the process of formation, to whom will be submitted the manuscripts on the various subjects cited for criticism or approval. Such manuscripts as are approved by the advisory board, may be published by the Harry Fischel Foundation.

The structure which will house the activities of the institution has now facilities for class rooms, a library, writing room, synagogue, meeting hall, and a dwelling for Rabbi Dov Kook. Eventually, it is expected that additions will be built, including dormitory facilities.
