Kamillo Schiller famous international expert on trade and economic questions, particularly tariff problems, has been appointed permanent Austrian representative to the League of Nations with the title of Minister and Delegate Extraordinary.
Schiller, who is a pious Jew, was in his youth active in Zionist affairs.
