Rumors are current here that Professor Felix Frankfurter of the Law School of Harvard University is being considered by President-elect Franklin D. Roosevelt for appointment as Attorney General.

Professor Frankfurter recently refused appointment to the Massachusetts Superior Court, pleading his loyalty to his school duties.
