Two thousand tickets have been issued for the inauguration of Herbert H. Lehman, who on Monday at noon will take office as the first Jewish Governor of the State of New York.

The tickets issued have exhausted the seating capacity in the Assembly and Senate chambers. The State will be saved $22,000 by the elimination of the military parade.

The program at the ceremonies includes the inaugural address and addresses by President-elect Franklin D. Roosevelt and former Governor Alfred E. Smith.
