Mrs. M. C. Sloss, wife of former Judge Marcus C. Sloss of San Francisco, and a leader in Jewish welfare work in that city will be the principal speaker at the annual meeting of the Los Angeles Federation of Jewish Welfare Organizations which will be held here Sunday, February 5.
