25 Berlin Jews Held in Nazi Raid on Homes

The police today announced that as a result of the raid by Nazi storm troopers and police in the Grenadierstrasse, a Jewish quarter in Berlin, twenty-five Jews were arrested.

The raid was directed ostensibly against those Jews who did not possess identification papers and in addition to those who were taken into custody the police and the Nazis announced at the time that they had confiscated documents and weapons.
