Hans Lachmann-Mosse, publisher of the Tageblatt, has resigned his post on condition that the profits for the next fifteen years he put into a common fund for the benefit of war victims of all faiths.

From Riga, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency learns that the German Nazis have purchased the Rigasche Rundschau, and a second Nazi paper in the same city, the Deutsche Zeitung, has announced its appearance.
