For the first time in more than two years, the Jewish community of Nashville will have a campaign in the interests of Palestine. It will open with a mass meeting May 17, at which Rabbi James G. Heller of Cincinnati will be the guest of honor.

Responding to the appeals of the officers of the Jewish Agency in New York City, local Jewish leaders have organized a campaign committee that includes all elements of the community. The officers are Jake Silverman, chairman; Harry Lightman and Ike Komisar, associate chairmen; Nathan Davis, treasurer; Isadore Schulman, financial secretary; and Simon Rapoport, secretary.
