The present German situation and the plight of the Jewish refugees in Paris will be described by Dr. Henry Moskowitz at a meeting to be held tomorrow evening at the Pennsylvania Hotel at 7:30 o’clock.
Dr. Moskowitz, who is chairman of the board of directors of the Ort, recently returned from a trip to London, Paris and Berlin, where he studied prevailing conditions.
