The first course in racial problems opened yesterday at the University of Halle in the presence of more than five hundred doctors, one-third of all the doctors in Saxony.

In his opening speech, state commissar Haman declared that laws will be issued for all Germany requiring every doctor to prove in the course of a year or two that they have passed the special racial course, without which no one will be permitted to practice.
