Rockdale Avenue Temple will start a College of Jewish Studies early in October. Dr. Henry Englander, Hebrew Union College professor, will teach two coures in Biblical history and literature. Dr. Israel Bettan, Hebrew Union College professor, will give a post-Biblical history course. Dr. Victor Emanuel Reichert, associate rabbi, will offer instruction on the medieval renaissance in Spain and elementary Hebrew.
