One is suffering from concussion of the brain and twenty-three persons, including three women and Fred Bassett Blair, former Communist candidate for governor, are under arrest as the result of a demonstration staged when Dr. Hans Luther, German Ambassador to the United States, arrived here at the doors of the Milwaukee Club to attend a luncheon.

Dr. Luther who was awaited by city leaders at the Club, stopped his car nearby and observed with interest placards denouncing him and the German government posted by the crowd.
