A canning and spirits factory is to be opened in the Haifa Bay area shortly by Philip Lieberman, of Stanislaw, Poland, who recently arrived here. He plans to lease 25 dunams of land from the Jewish National Fund in the industrial zone of the Bay. Machinery for the factory is en route to Palestine.
