Auni Abdul Hadi, Izzat Darwaza and other Arab leaders who took part in the recent disturbances in Palestine were released from arrest on bail yesterday.

Another Arab, wounded by the police in the Jerusalem disorders, died in a hospital.

Conditions in Palestine have been restored to normalcy. The general strike is over. Arab newspapers are once more appearing and the Arab Executive has decided to postpone indefinitely the strike and the anti-government demonstrations.

The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, who was to have arrived at Gaza on Friday from India, where he has been raising funds for the Moslem University to be established in Jerusalem, failed to arrive. It is thought that he may arrive in Palestine on Tuesday.
