An important parliamentary debate, which may have far-reaching consequences in regard to Anglo-German relations, is expected when the Marquess of Hartington, Conservative member of the House of Commons, will move shortly in the Commons to call the attention of the British government to the ill effects on Anglo-German relations of the Nazi discrimination against Jews in Germany. The Conservative statesman will urge the government to express the view to Germany through the most convenient diplomatic channels, that persecution of the Jews in Germany is hurting Anglo-German relations.
