Herr Wolff, German consul general here, has issued a denial of statements published in the press that non-Jewish German residents of Jaffa and Haifa participated in the Arab disturbances on Oct. 27. In a communication sent to the editor of Fallastin, he declares that his constituencies remained strictly neutral during the disturbances.
