The Jewish community in Mexico City is soon to have a high school as the result of a donation of 50,000 pesos by Messrs. Katz, Barru and Rosen for the purchase of a plot of ground in the suburb known as “Colonia del Valle.” The Jewish colony has had a primary school for about seven years, and the high school will be completed, it is expected, about the middle of next year. Money for the building is being raised through contributions most of which are coming from families with children who will eventually use the institution.
