Rabbi M. Dienemann of Offenbach was released from the Osthofen concentration camp today. He was arrested after a police spy who had been listening to his sermon said that the rabbi stated that to German Jews there is no difference whether atrocities are committed by French generals or by Nazis.

The aged rabbi was arrested immediately after his sermon and transferred to the concentration camp despite the declarations of local Jewish leaders that the police had misunderstood the speaker.
