Secretary of Labor Frances Perkins will be principal speaker at the seventeenth annual meeting of the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies, to be held Sunday afternoon, at the Community House of Congregation Emanu-El, 1 East 65th Street. Former Justice Joseph M. Proskauer, President of Federation, will preside.
