The Nazis are not fighting any rece in particular but merely struggling to preserve the German race, the Reich Minister of Justice declared today in addressing the foreign department of the Nazi party. He pointed out that 1,5000 Jewish lawyers were permitted to practice in Berlin, adding that in the future persons belonging to an alien race would not be permitted to occupy public positions in Germany.
