Saturday evening the Young People’s League of Temple Beth-El, 111 West End avenue, Manhattan Beach, will give a masquerade and carnival at the Temple building. Louis Brauner and Miss Essie Kurland are cochairmen of the entertainment committee.
The committee has written to the large advertising companies throughtout the country asking for placards and samples. As a novelty feature on the program they plan to decorate the hall with the placards, and distribute samples of gum, cereals and other products which may be received.
