Benjamin Mallow still has a chance to live, if-

If Assemblyman Albert D. Schanzer, Brooklyn Democrat, succeeds in rushing through the Monday night session of the Legislature, a bill prohibiting capital punishment of an offender under twenty-one.

The case of the seventeen-year-old Brownsville killer has aroused the sympathy and interest of attorneys, psychiatrists, sociologists and humanitarians. Appeals before the Governor ask to stry Mallow’s execution, scheduled for Purim.
