The Jacobson-Elsner Medical Society named for the late Dr. Nathan Jacobson, surgeon, and the late Dr. Henry L. Elsner, physician, marked its fifth anniversary with a dinner at the Hotel Syracuse. New officers installed include Dr. Ephraim Goldman, president; Dr. Norman Livshin, vice-president, and Dr. Max Rifken.
